- Felix Caraballo has been a movie fan since he was 5 years old when he saw Star Wars (1977) for the first time. From that moment on he remained connected to this art which he has cultivated from the perspective of commentator and critic, participating as a film critic for various media outlets from radio, tv, print and online. After obtaining a BA in Public Communications from the University of Puerto Rico in 1995, (where he took several film courses, from production to screenwriting), began to review films in a radio program which led to invitations for important movie premieres, and eventually to his first official interview with the award-winning director, Alfonso Cuarón for the film Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban, while continuing to work as Sales Director for one of the country's leading newspapers. This experience led him to become the second film critic invited to different press junkets, an exercise he has done for the past 20 years. He has interviewed more than 100 film personalities, for various media in Puerto Rico and currently works as the General Manager of the world's largest newspaper, Metro, (for the Puerto Rico territory), which publishes his weekly reviews and interviews. Due to the global reach of the newspaper, many of its contents have been published in countries such as Russia, Finland, USA, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, etc. At the moment in addition to publishing its contents in Metro and metro.pr, he leads movie segments in two TV programs (Univision and WIPR-TV) and in the radio program # 1 of the afternoon in PR (WODA-FM).
