- Biography:
- Jason Adams wanted to be a movie critic starting the day he found out what a movie critic is. While the other kids were watching Beverly Hills 90210 he was arguing with Siskel & Ebert, and nothing has changed (except who he’s now arguing with). His first review was of Johnny Mnemonic in his high school newspaper – didn’t care for it. After graduating from the University of Rochester with a degree in Film Studies in the year 2000 he moved downstate to New York City and began writing his queer-horror-themed site My New Plaid Pants. Since then he’s written for The Film Experience, AwardsWatch, Pajiba, and Mashable. He is Rotten Tomatoes approved and also a proud member of GALECA, the guild for LGBTQ+ Entertainment Critics.
