- Lauren Bradshaw is a film critic in the Washington, DC area. Since 2013, she has been the chief critic for several outlets, including The Tidewater News, The Farmville Herald, The Windsor Weekly, The Charlotte Gazette, and her own website Fangirl Freakout. Lauren sees over 150 films yearly and regularly attends the Sundance Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, and Middleburg Film Festival. As a pop-culture enthusiast, Lauren has been known to get way too emotionally invested in movies and television shows.
