- After earning her BA in journalism at NYU, Perri went to work for Lyons & Bailes Reel Talk where she caught the bug and became resolute on building a career in the film industry. From there she racked up freelance outlets including CinemaBlend.com, ComingSoon.net, Movies.com and ScreenRant.com, but found a permanent home at Collider. Since joining the team as a full time member, Perri has taken charge of producing video content, embracing the abundance of new technology and growing social media platforms to share fun, unique and informative material. Along the way Perri also earned a Film MFA at Columbia University and continues to make strides as a film producer, particularly in the horror genre. Whether she’s indulging in beloved slasher classics or covering the next big wide release, Perri’s love of cinema and the craft of filmmaking knows no bounds so in the words of Samuel L. Jackson in her favorite movie of all time, Jurassic Park, “hold on to your butts,” because the best is yet to come.
