- Roger Friedman has written and edited the site Showbiz 411 since 2009. He previously helped create Foxnews.com and the Fox411 column that ran for 10 years on the site. Previously, he wrote the Intelligencer column for New York magazine in the mid-90s and covered the O.J. Simpson trial. He also helped create Fame magazine in the late 1980s, where he was Articles Editor. His work has appeared in The New York Times, Daily News, and Post; in Vogue, Details, and dozens of other magazines, as well as the Miami Herald and Washington Post. In 2003, a documentary he made with D. A. Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus called Only the Strong Survive, about R&B music, was a selection at Cannes, Sundance, and Telluride.
