- Wladimir Weltman, a Brazilian/American journalist and screenwriter, began his career as a correspondent in the Middle East and Europe in the 1970s. By 1981, he transitioned to writing musicals, comedy, variety, and dramaturgy for Globo TV in Brazil. In 1987, he assumed the role of Publicity and Advertising Manager for Warner Bros. Brazil. During the 1990s, Weltman moved to the US, where he covered Hollywood for Brazilian and European TV and print media. In 2000, E! Entertainment Television hired him to produce shows in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Returning to Brazil in 2005, he rejoined Globo TV as a screenwriter and content analyst. In 2017, Weltman relocated to LA with his family. Currently, he has two TV series and three movie scripts in production. Additionally, he is one of the columnists for CHUMBO GORDO, a respected online magazine in Brazil.
