- Biography:
- Bud Elder is the former film commissioner for the state of Oklahoma and has reviewed movies since high school. He also teaches film theory at the college level. Bud recently produced and acted in his first film, Second Chances, which is available on streaming. His reviews and thoughts on current movies have been heard nationwide as well as throughout the entire state of Oklahoma. He is very proud of his affiliation with CCA.
