- Elizabeth Weitzman is the author of more than 20 books, including the Hollywood history Renegade Women in Film & TV. Currently a film critic for The Wrap, Weitzman covered movies for the New York Daily News from 2000-2015. She has also written for publications like the New York Times, the Chicago Tribune, Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, and Interview. She has a Master’s degree in Cinema Studies from NYU, and speaks regularly on gatekeeping, storytelling, and women’s history at cultural and professional organizations around the world.
