- Jason Fraley is WTOP's Film Critic and Entertainment Editor, holding an M.F.A in Film & Electronic Media from American University and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland. He has contributed to both USA TODAY & The (Baltimore) Sun and was recently hailed by The Washington Post, which wrote: "Fraley, a film buff, is known for his savantlike ability to name every Best Picture winner in history, by year.” He is also founder of The Film Spectrum, which The Washington Post hailed for its “lengthy, spirited reviews … with the ethos of a true film aficionado.”
