- Madelyn launched her own events and marketing company, Madelyn Hammond & Associates, 15 years ago. She and her team produce a number of live award shows including four Diversity Celebrations for the Critics Choice Association showcasing performances from the Black, AAPI, Latino and LGBTQ+ communities. Prior to starting her own company, Madelyn was the Chief Marketing Officer for Variety, where she oversaw corporate communications, publicity, events, creative advertising, promotions, sponsorships and research. Throughout her career, Madelyn had extensive experience in marketing, branding, licensing, exhibition and events working with companies including Landmark Theatres, Sony Pictures, MGM/UA, AMC Theatres and The Coca-Cola Company.
