- Ray Pride is the longtime film critic of Chicago's Newcity and has written for Chicago's Reader and The Chicagoan, as well as IndieWire, Cinema Scope, Nerve, Salon, Time Out NY and Filmmaker where he is a contributing editor. He was news editor of the now-defunct Movie City News. Ray is also a photographer.
